I don't know. Ask me again in 10 years. I will have the anwer then. If T Rowe Price has a fund that invests only in commodities or euros, I am not aware of it. They do have funds that invest in European companies. PRESX. Some of the companies are not euro based. Some are pound based and various other European currencies.

If you want to invest in euros or commodities there are a couple of dandy index funds that will do the trick for you.

FXE all euros. Just what you are looking for.

For commodities, there are several you can choose from depending on the exact flavor of commodites you might be after.

DBC is made of of an index to track wheat, oil, aluminum, corn, and gold.

DBA is made of of an index to track just agricultural commodities. There are others that track specific commodities also.
References :
The New Era fund invests primarily in the common stocks of companies that own or develop natural resources and other basic commodities and in the stocks of selected nonresource growth companies. If you want Euro exposure the European Stock Fund should offer exposure to the currency through the common stock of European companies.
